PROCUREMENT EXCELLENCE LEAD The Procurement excellence lead enables and drives maturity of procurement processes across the Group and reports directly to the Procurement Manager. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in global procurement organizations Excellent communication skills, team working and independency in the execution of assigned task Knowledge about supplier relationship management - supplier evaluation and supplier compliance, CSR and supplier onboarding process Knowledge about CSR topics within procurement and supply chain Comfortable in working in an decentralized and geographically diverse environment and in cross functional teams Very good MS office knowledge (excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge about risk management within procurement/supply chain Experience in successfully participating in the delivery of strategic procurement change initiatives Experience in working with different company functions, including category buyers, to drive change and innovation and to support procurement goals
