Registration Online Services Assistant
- Support the correct functioning of all online services (MyNABA, online records and registers, EOS, Hyperplanning).
- Execute the correct allocation of each academic course linked to the schedule and classroom assigned
- Verify the activation of the online registers taking into account all adjustment regarding the scheduling of the courses;
- Elaborate attendance report
- Assure help desk activities on online services platform, providing information and assistance to faculty, staff and students on technical and operational issues related to online services.
- Support the maintenance of the systems and the development of digitalization projects.
- Manage the mailbox of registration office.
- Support the planning of annual academic year calendars for the undergraduate, postgraduate e non degree programs, including exam session and thesis sessions.
- Schedule availability for free access and assure information to students
- Manage the request and allocation of spacing for events.
- Support the publishing of DSU/150 ore/Internal students’ scholarship contest notices and related ranking lists;
- Provide communication to students related the competition information and results, provide reports.

Good knowledge of Excel

C1 level of English

Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills, passion for technical tools

Knowledge of Hyperplanning is a plus

Previous experience in education industry is a plus
