Fp&a Manager

I am looking FP&A Manager who will be responsible for financial reporting, stewardship of long range planning and P&L budget and forecasting, as well as ad hoc analysis to identify areas for operational and financial performance improvement Client Details The client is a multinational commercial and retail company based in Milan North East Description Financial planning and reporting Lead the LRP, budget and forecasting process in terms of local calendar, P&L, BS and FCF modeling, executive alignment, consistently with corporate deadlines and guidelines Provide a consolidated analytical review of area P&L actuals and forecasts with relevant insight/information on trends within the business against the company's strategy and objectives Supervise the production of regular reporting and key financial metrics to give an overview of business and financial performance Develop and maintain financial KPIs used to assess the business results Ensure the integrity of financial models and projections through the supervision of suitable checks Present budgets to all directors and Market Leader (CEO) prior to submission to the HQ Business Partnering Use thorough understanding of the business and its financial results to impact strategy through FP&A strong credibility and trusted relationship with business leaders Stay closed to QI and global BP&A partners to share knowledge, insights and best practices Identifies opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency on expense side, as well as ways to maximize return on investment related to business initiatives Support the development of ad hoc financial models and analysis toassist strategic initiatives, business cases and new value enhancing opportunities Promotes a culture of budgetary accountability, constantly reviewing and improving the Functional area practices to improve transparency, accuracy and cost optimization Provides Subject Matter Expertise for supporting the Functional area in their reporting and analysis needs with the use of financial tools and expertise and coordinating system and process changes that affect Functional area to ensure a smooth implementation Partners with the Merchandise Financial Planning Team to understand product mix / price / variance drivers and acquire key information for forecasting Recommending improvements/optimisation to current systems/processes and planning implementation of these improvements Leading Lead, coach and develop a team of business partners Lead the transition and convergence of planning, reporting and analytical systems consulting with other markets to drive valuable standardisation Provide financial leadership for the optimization of strategic projects Profile Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
