All’interno della Direzione _“_Technical & Performance_”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Product Assurance Practitioner”.
Titolo di studio richiesto:
- Laurea specialistica/ triennale in ingegneria o equivalente
- Votazione mínima richiesta: 100/110
Esperienza professionale (esperienza mínima 3 anni in programmi di sviluppo di sistemi complessi preferibilmente in ambito Difesa)
- Esperienze in ambito Gestione Qualità
- Esperienze in ambito Gestione Supply Chain
- Esperienze in ambito gestione di sistemi complessi
Attività previste per il ruolo:
La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Verificare la corretta applicazione del Piano di Qualità supportando il Team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di programma e di rispetto dei processi
- Supportare il team di progetto nella redazione e aggiornamento dei piani di Programma (Piano di Gestione del Progetto e Piani sussidiari)
- Supportare il team di Progetto nella Gestione della Configurazione del prodotto per una corretta applicazione del processo stesso
- Supportare il team di Progetto nell’implementazione del Processo di Gestione delle Non Conformità in accordo ai Piani di Progetto
- Monitorare metriche per verificare l’efficienza del processo ed attuare idonee azioni correttive
- Eseguire l’accettazione dei prodotti di sviluppo buy e make a livello Sistema, S/Sistema ed Equipment
- Supportare il team di progetto nella verifica per approvazione della documentazione di specifica e definizione
- Contribuire alla redazione di presentazioni e indicatori a supporto degli avanzamenti mensili interni alla funzione qualità e con il programma
- Gestire l’interfaccia con il Cliente per gli aspetti Qualità Prodotto relativi al contratto di pertinenza
- Supportare il team di progetto nella preparazione delle Design Reviews e delle PLC Gate Reviews. Monitorare lo stato delle azioni che scaturiscono dalle Design Reviews in collaborazione con Technical Excellence
- Verificare la corretta attuazione dei Requisiti di Qualità dei Fornitori in conformità al QAR (Quality Assurance Requirements) di Progetto
- Interfacciarsi con le funzioni aziendale preposte al fine di promuovere il Piano di Sorveglianza Fornitori di Progetto, supportandone fattivamente l’attuazione
- Pianificare ed eseguire gli Assessment di Qualità sui prodotti/processi inerenti il contratto in carico, valutandone i relativi KPI (Key Performance Indicators). Identificare le eventuali azioni correttive necessarie monitorandone l’efficacia dell’implementazione.
- Supportare la preparazione degli audit di Programma (prima, seconda, terza parte)
- Supportare il team di progetto nelle attività che si svolgono presso i siti operativi
- Disponibilità a trasferte brevi in Italia e all’estero
Competenze Professionali:
- Conoscenza dei principali tool di gestione aziendali
- Conoscenza degli Standard di Qualità EN9100 e/o ISO9001 (costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di metodologie di qualità - Es. Lean 6 sigma, 8D)
- Buone capacità di utilizzo della suite Office per la redazione di metriche e indicatori
Conoscenze linguistiche:
- Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese scritta e parlata (minimo B2)
Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:
