Some of the things you’ll get involved in are:

- Support operations leadership team in daily management of the delivery station including pre-depart checks, area readiness reviews, allocating labor and conducting driver capacity assessments.
- Lead and inspire through conducting daily stand-up meetings with the Delivery Associate population to drive quality and engagement.
- Cultivate and sustain a safe environment, high-quality customer delivery, professional driver experience, and a positive culture.
- Improve load out and dispatch standard work adherence through load out audits and coaching Delivery Associates.
- Champion excellent driver and customer experience while continuously improving Amazon’s last mile on road performance through KPI’s such as first time delivery success and delivery on time metrics.
- Manage training processes and on-road audit mechanisms for Delivery Associates.
- Conduct on-road route monitoring performance providing supervision and deep dives helping improve on-road hours efficiency and optimization of route assignment.
- Oversee operational effectiveness and timeliness in resolving customer escalations.
- Partner with Fleet Management and Road Safety teams to validate vehicle demand and road worthiness and general compliance to the Fleet Management Program.
- Use planning skills to look ahead ensuring route to driver ratios are adequately covered
