- As a Platform Lead in the Digital Solutions field, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of our internal development platform;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify platform requirements and integrate business needs into platform design;
- Ensure the platform’s scalability, reliability, and security;
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into platform development; Talent development and recruiting, developing a balanced team providing growth opportunities.**Who you are**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience, with:
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, with at least 2 years in a leading role;
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud technologies with a deep understanding of Orchestrator (K8s) and container techinology (Docker, Podman..);
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) tools, included Terraform e Ansible;
- Knowledge of modern IT architecture and fundaments of networking and IT security;
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Advanced proficiency in English.

**Following characteristics are considered a plus**:
- Experience in Software companies in the Smart Grids space;
- Proficiency in other languages: Spanish.
