Consolidation Manager

**Role Description**
We are looking for a Consolidation Manager who will be responsible for supporting the finance team in the daily accounting routine under ITA GAAP and IFRS, monthly closing, reconciliations and VAT accuracy.

**Main Activities**
- Support the definition of the closing process of subsidiaries including sharing closing calendar, instructions and reporting format.
- Import in the system the accounts of the subsidiaries.
- Support the IFRS analysis and accounting for the subsidiaries.
- Quarterly consolidate the Italian group (5 companies).
- Support the implementation of adequate accounting process in the subsidiaries if needed.
- Support for monthly/quarterly reporting.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant experience in audit or in accounting of groups
- Team player to collaborate with finance colleagues as well as business units, functional partners (like IT, HR, legal ) and external stakeholders (tax consultants, auditors etc..)
- Knowledege of IFRS.
- Flexible mindset.
