Head of Communication, PR and Advertising

Nice is looking for a Head of Communication, PR and Advertising for the Corporate Marketing Department based at Oderzo. Reporting to the Group Chief Marketing Officer, he/she will:

- Define the yearly Nice international PR and media plan, working close with the Regions/Markets involved
- Set the group strategic guidelines to define communication contents
- Ensure the content of communication, above-the-line and below-the line, is coherent with the brand identity and positioning of the group
- Ensure communication and marketing campaigns are in line with branding and communication guidelines and with the set KPIs and goals, as per the approved budgets
- Balance channels and media tools for the advertising campaigns
- Ongoing check that advertising and PR budgets are respected and in line with the set KPIs and goals
- Coordinate PR activities and advertising campaigns working with Nice MarCom departments abroad
- Check local PR/Advertising agencies and Nice subsidiaries are aligned and follow the INTL plan
- Produce, check, and review the monthly reports on Advertising exposure\PR-media coverage\events, with the Regions/Markets involved
- Work close with all HQ company’s departments to build relevant communication content
- Build strong relationships with press and company stakeholders.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
- +5 years of experience in multinational companies covering similar roles and budget management responsibility
- Proven experience on all media channels

- Teamwork and communication, leading internal and external INTL teams
- Focus on customer (B2B2C) at INTL level
- Problem solving, proactivity, managerial skills
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- English and Italian Fluent
- Additional foreign languages would be an advantage: French, German, Portuguese.
