**Posizione**:
This role is primarily responsible for delivering the Global Finance Transformation roadmap enabled by MS Dynamics as a part of Project Pangea and subsequently any other finance transformation & allied initiatives that the organization may choose to undertake.

Main Responsabilities:

- Drive the design and operationalization of the target state finance processes and finance operating model globally, starting with India and Africa as pilots
- Pro-actively own, manage and drive material issues/decisions around the finance service delivery - E.g. Shared services/CoE/other service delivery elements in co-ordination with the respective global/regional process owners and project leadership
- Pro-actively challenge the status quo to identify process and technology improvements in the operational and specialized finance areas (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Record to Report and Treasury)
- Ensure enterprise-wide leadership alignment for the key improvements proposed in the program
- Drive the realization of the proposed business case from the project
- Provide assurance that what we are doing will lead to us becoming world class in efficiency and effectiveness (with our design and implementation partners)
- Drive finance related institutional and functional change management activities across the enterprise to ensure minimum disruption and seamless business continuity
- Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables/artefacts to ensure quality design
- Liaise and maintain good working relationships with senior leadership and decision makers from cross functional areas (Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to address the critical dependencies and touchpoints across the end to end finance process value chain
- Pro-actively support the Program management Office in management of program level integrations/dependencies
- Ensure error-resolution is performed to high standards, within reasonable timeframes, and with the end-user satisfaction in mind

**Requisiti**:

- Strong knowledge of consumer industry and its business processes
- Strong working knowledge of operational and specialized finance processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Record to Report, Treasury)
- Strong experience of finance change management
- Preferred experience of working in a Shared Service/CoE setup
- Preferred knowledge and awareness of MS Dynamics 365
- Hands on experience in agile methodology
- Strong understanding of project management concepts
