We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to help Jil Sander grow.

You would be a critical part of that community yourself, working closely with the Marketing team, under direction of Digital Communication Manager.
Your particular value would be in growth - of the business KPIs, but also of the team, challenging us with new perspectives and bringing best practise. You would support our structure and strategy and bring with you flexibility and adaptability. No doubt, you already think that the Internet represents a limitless source of growth and improvement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of the editorial plan for each owned Social Media Channel
- Social Media Publishing and copy for development and maintenance
- Coordinate assets deliveries
- Monitoring of comments and messages
- Be proactive and up to speed with the social media best-practices, ready to onboard and launch new channels
- Support in cross-media projects, Social and Digital, including campaigns, collaborations, etc.
- Coordinate reporting on campaign and channel organic and paid social media performance
- Reporting on Social Media achievements and on Industry trends
- Transversal coordination of the various internal and external interlocutors
- Support team where needed for events (fashion show, special projects )

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to multi-task and excellent project management skills, with a “can do” attitude and problem-solving capabilities- Knowledge of the organic Social Media landscape: KPIs, trends, best-practices. The knowledge of the paid Social Media rules will be considered a plus
- Mandatory knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Pinterest required
- Able to use publishing tools for planning on Social Medias
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing rules and trends
- Knowledge of the Creators ecosystem
- Strong attention to details and ability to complete tasks accurately
- Proficient in Launchmetrics, Microsoft Office (Powerpoint + Excel)
- Experience working with a team
- Enjoys working in an international environment
- Knowledge of the Fashion Industry, better if Luxury related
