**FINANCIAL MANAGER **facente parte della categoria protetta ART.1 Legge 68

Principali responsabilità:

- Responsabile del closing finanziario mensile e della reportistica analitica/commerciale
- Coordinare e gestire tutte le attività contabili
- Coordinare e gestire tutte le attività fiscali
- Responsabile e coordinatore della Redazione dei Rapporti Societari
- Responsabile di tutti i moduli e gli elementi Amministrazione/Finanza/Fiscale dell'ERP
- Agire come contributore strumentale nell'implementazione dall'ERP/SAP "iniziale" (ereditato dal Gruppo precedente) a Business Central/Microsoft
- Guidare e coordinare un team di 4 persone (2 Senior, 2 Mid/Junior)
- Coordinare e gestire tutte le attività di budgeting e forecasting
- Partnership commerciali:

- Guidare e Coordinare il processo CAPEX (studio/analisi, approvazione e integrazione in budget e forecast)
- Guidare e promuovere l'ottimizzazione del capitale circolante (gestendo e abbreviando il processo di conversione di cassa dell'azienda)
- Supporto strumentale nel Long Term, Business projection
- Gestire i rapporti con le banche locali e altre istituzioni finanziarie
- Gestire i rapporti con i Revisori dei Conti locali
- Gestire i rapporti con gli altri servizi esterni (amministrazione/finanza/fiscale/legale/compliance)
- Partecipazione attiva e strumentale alle iniziative del Gruppo per una maggiore redditività e ottimizzazione finanziaria
- Ottimizzazione dei processi supportata dall'ideazione di nuove procedure e politiche per supportare al meglio l'ottimizzazione aziendale e finanziaria

RICHIESTA:

- Esperienza industriale (gestione delle scorte, valutazione delle scorte ed elementi di fabbrica)
- Buona comprensione analitica e commerciale delle esperienze pregresse
- Tesoreria operativa
- ERP: esperienza ideale con SAP e Business Central (Microsoft-Navision). Business Central a +++
- Buona base contabile
- Esperienza sugli elementi fiscali
- Digital mindset: esperienza in Automazione e Digitalizzazione (in ambito Finance e altre Aree)
- Passione per la finanza e la contabilità ma soprattutto per gli affari (spirito: capire il business attraverso i numeri-finanza)
- Inglese: livello professionale
- Socievole, di mentalità aperta, entusiasta di entrare a far parte di un gruppo internazionale in crescita
- Apertura a trasferte sporadiche in altre sedi del Gruppo (Group Finance Meeting, progetti interregionali)

Qualifiche
- Laurea in Finanza, Commercio, Contabilità, Economia o discipline affini
- Almeno 5-10 anni di esperienza in un ruolo finanziario, idealmente in un settore manifatturiero B2B/B2C

Si offre inserimento in contesto stimolante, RAL commisurata alla reale esperienza nella mansione.
