Are you an Asset Manager with experience in Solar PV or wider renewables including contract, finance and overall project management? Have you experience in both running and maintaining the success of Solar or Wind portfolio’s? Are you excited by the prospect of becoming a key figure in the management of a 1.5GW portfolio, distributed across the Onshore Solar, Wind and Battery Storage sectors? If so, please read on..

**Responsibilities**
- Provide Commercial and Financial Asset Management services.
- Manage relationships with institutional agencies such as GSE and E-distribution.
- Procure, obtain, and maintain relevant insurances, including communication with insurers when necessary.
- Collaborate with Technical Asset Managers to ensure effective supervision and monitoring of operation and maintenance services, optimizing generation revenues.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports for relevant projects.
- Forecast and manage project cash flows, including approval of project-related expenses.
- Offer financial management services, including maintaining and upgrading the project financial model.
- Maintain and organize master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts.

**Personal Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Asset Management, including stakeholder management.
- Preferably, experience in the administration of solar parks or other renewable assets.
- Demonstrated ability to handle contracts and effectively manage and monitor contractors.
- Experience in budget management, including monitoring and reporting.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English languages.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
