N.1 QUALITY MANAGER

Mansione e Responsabilità
Il Quality manager si interfaccia con il Plant Manager in riferimento alle strategie da adottare per migliorare i processi e la qualità dei prodotti;
si occupa della gestione e della registrazione delle non conformità, della certificazione dei processi e coordina il personale preposto al controllo qualità in produzione. È inoltre di supporto nella definizione delle procedure aziendali per il controllo qualità e verifica l’andamento dell’operatività.

Ha maturato esperienza consolidata e proviene preferibilmente dal settore automotive
Conosce i ritmi della produzione e sa interfacciarsi con i vari reparti produttivi, con la logística e con i clienti
Conosce le Tecniche di Auditing di processo/prodotto
Ha buone doti organizzative e capacità relazionali, è dinamico e autonomo nella gestione delle priorità
Possiede la qualifica di perito meccanico
Ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per sostenere call quotidiane

a giornata, da lunedì a venerdì

**Zona di lavoro**:
vicinanze di Vaprio d'Adda.

**Inquadramento**:
è previsto l'inserimento diretto in azienda con inquadramento e retribuzione interessante e commisurata all'esperienza. CCNL Gomma Plastica, con premi di risultato annuali e possibilità di mensa interna.
