Descrizione del lavoro

Business Changers è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato in attività di **Change Management** e **Formazione. **La persona deve essere in grado di gestire il cambiamento nell’utilizzo di nuovi software all'interno di grandi realtà organizzative, garantendo anche la formazione degli utenti finali.

La figura che stiamo cercando dovrà:

- Sviluppare e implementare **Piani di Change Management** per facilitare l'adozione del nuovo software.
- Interfacciarsi con il management aziendale per organizzare al meglio il cambiamento.
- Collaborare con i team di sviluppo software.
- Condurre sessioni di **Formazione** per gli utenti assicurandosi che acquisiscano le competenze necessarie.
- Monitorare e valutare l'efficacia dei processi di Change Management e della Formazione, apportando eventuali miglioramenti.
- Collaborare con i referenti aziendali per integrare il Change Management e la Formazione alle politiche aziendali.
- Collaborare con i team di sviluppo software

Qualifiche

Le competenze richieste sono
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche o equivalenti.
- Comprovata esperienza nel Change Management e nella Formazione.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
- Capacità di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti e di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.
- Orientamento al cliente e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Domicilio a Milano o zone limitrofe.
