- Garantire il supporto delle attività di controllo del Gruppo in termini di processi e procedure volte al miglioramento continuo
- Fornire supporto nei processi di chiusure contabili dei bilanci separati e Consolidati, nel controllo di gestione e nella pianificazione finanziaria del Gruppo
- Finalizzare il Modello Organizzativo 231 e del sistema di Risk Management
- Collaborare con la funzione amministrativa e le altre funzioni di staff e fornire le informazioni agli auditors interni ed esterni, ove richiesto
- Supportare le attività di Transfer pricing

**Requisiti**
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in una Big Four;
- Esperienza in:

- Redazione del bilancio di sostenibilità;
- processi di implementazione del Modello 231;
- processi di Risk Management Enterprise;
- Analisi critica di procedure aziendali ed identificazione azioni di miglioramento;
- Controllo di gestione e Sistema di Controllo Interno;
- Chiusure contabili di bilanci separato e Consolidato e rispetto delle tempistiche;
- Conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani ed IAS;
- Pianificazione finanziaria e relativa reportistica di Tesoreria.
- Altri requisiti:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza operativa degli strumenti di Office
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e nelle filiali estere del Gruppo
- Residenza in Umbria o disponibilità a trasferirsi in luogo

Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali
- Esperienza specifica nel settore fashion;
- Conoscenza del sistema ERP Microsoft AX, Board e Piteco.

Si offre: contratto ad inserimento diretto in azienda commisurato all'esperienza
