**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**

As **Industrial Internal Auditor**, and part of the Finance Department, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the **business** processes on luxurious goods working in an increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.

**YOUR IMPACT**

The mission of the Industrial Internal Auditor is to assess and manage strategical, operational, financial risks by giving an independent and internal opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and proposing improvement recommendations.

The role of the Industrial Internal Auditor is to:

- Provide internal control expertise
- Animate the internal control topic
- Perform audits in line with LVMH standards

**Internal control activities**
- Evaluate the implementation of internal control procedures, by testing the design andefficiency of the controls
- Drive and support business owners to assess their process as part of the LVMH internal control self-assessment Campaign (ERICA)
- Be an operation-minded business partner to enhance, troubleshoot, improve, and create new processes
- Ongoing follow up of action plans defined and make sure actions are on track
- Active participation in new projects aimed at improving the efficiency, transparency, reliability and working comfort ofthe company's business processes (including 231 implementation and maintenance)
- Identifies and shares relevant information, best practices and documentation with CELINE Internal Control community
- Support the Company to improve its Governance Structure and delegation of authorities, contributing to strengthen value-added procedures
- Contribute to expand the culture of Risk Management

**Audit activities**
- Perform regular audits (2 Plants), with appropriate documentation
- Perform HQ audit, depending on risks identified on the yearly roadmap: payroll, bidding, payment

For both, set up relevant action plans to address identified weaknesses and follow up plans.

PROFILE

**KEYS FOR SUCCESS**

**Education**:

- Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Law or equivalent experience in Finance field

**Experience**:

- Position requires minimum 4-5 years’ experience as Internal controller or Auditor (Big4 experience to be considered a plus)
- Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus

**Competencies**:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and multi-dimensional environment
- Detail oriented, highly organized
- Ability to work autonomously with deadlines
- Excellent analysis, in-depth analysis and synthesis of information and data
- Dynamic, problem-solver, hands-on approach, attention to detail, analytical
- Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills
- Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point)and atease with the use of Internet tools
- Willing to travel in Italy and France

**Languages**:Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
