Riporterai al Group CHR Operations e opererai in un contesto dinamico e giovane avendo l’opportunità consolidare la tua professionalità in un’azienda con un forte orientamento all’ innovazione.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

- supporto al processo di recruting e di on-boarding effettuando colloqui di follow-up
- relazione con i principali fornitori di riferimento (APL- HH)
- sviluppo di attività di Employer Branding attraverso vari canali (Università, Scuole di Formazione, Canali Social, ecc.)
- organizzazione e partecipazione di eventi HR e iniziative di Employer Branding
- supporto alla gestione delle risorse umane all’interno dell’azienda
- supporto alle attività amministrative
- gestione ed aggiornamento dei tool aziendali
- elaborazione e analisi di reportistiche HR
- supporto alla struttura HR nell'implementazione di nuovi processi in ambito Talent Mapping, Talent Management e Performance Management
- supporto inerenti le attività di PMO nella gestione di progetti strategici, presentando in modo adeguato l'avanzamento lavori e i risultati agli stakeholder coinvolti

**Must have**
- Laurea in Economia, materie umanistiche o titoli affini
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza della lingua francese
- Completano il profilo: capacità di networking, digital mindset, buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità, problem solving e proattività.
