**Mission**:
From a perspective aimed at continuous improvement, drive the dissemination of an Agile mindset in the RINA organizations, by coaching, inspiring and mentoring teams on Agile framework, principles, values, practices, and tools.
**Skills**:
- At least one of the following certifications:
- Scrum Masters (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scrum Education, Scrum Study)
- Product Owners (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scrum Education, Scrum Study)
- Design Thinking knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
**Responsibilities**:
- Foster awareness of Agile through training, e-learning pills, workshops, newsletters
- Promote a servant leadership model.
