The **Administrative Assistant** for Leica Biosystems is responsible for providing support to our Sales and Service teams, our customers as well, in all forms and medias. This will include but is not limited in processing and in management of Service request and orders and deployment in order to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives (internally and externally).

This position is a **maternity leave cover** with contract 6-8 months. Nevertheless, it represents a great chance for a working experience with an international company in the Heathcare/Diagnostics Industry, that will enrich your CV.

We offer a **hybrid working solution**: 3 days at our office in Buccinasco (Milano), 2 days home based.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Accept quotations registering purchase order in SAP
- Be responsible for purchasing and tracking of the goods on the order
- Use SAP to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of purchase orders and to make changes on customer purchase orders

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- High school diploma with some years of experience OR University's degree
- A previous working experience within customer care/service office environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office packet and SAP
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English
