ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION
**The team you will be a part of**:
- The Intern team supports department on a short term basis with undergraduate or graduate student status, typically based on the field of study. Gains exposure to projects and work in the organization.
**This role in summary**:
You will join the Product Marketing Cooktop Team and you will be responsible for the activities to ensure complete and timely implementation of enhanced and/or new products to the product lines, increase segment share, improve sales margins, and increase sales.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
As a Product Marketing Intern you will work within the Product Marketing team for a strategic product category of Whirlpool EMEA.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of consumers trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Support the definition of the strategic product roadmap, looking at future innovations and product launches
- Support the development of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive all project phases
- Manage the product portfolio, identifying product/ market synergies and opportunities to rationalize the product range
- Collaborate with markets category, sales and planning teams to enable sales growth, product availability, communication assets readiness
- Ah-hoc preparation of new product business cases, market reports, presentations for the leadership team
- Work with the EMEA Brand team to develop new campaigns activities, campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with Marketing Services team to ensure the right communication materials, assets and sales tools are developed
**Minimum requirements**:
- Master’s Degree student in Business Administration, Industrial engineering, Economics, Marketing
- Proficient English speaker, possibly with some international experience
- Strong team player who shares our values and drive for innovation
- Proficient user of Google Suite / MS Office
