**MEININGER Hotels is looking for Supervisor F&B to help create a unique stay for our guest**

**THE COMPANY**:
MEININGER is a unique Hotel product in different European cities, which combines the service and comfort of a budget hotel with an extraordinary interior such as a guest kitchen or a game zone. **YOUR TASKS**:

- You oversea service & preparation while working along with the team with a clear focus on servicing our guests
- You are responsible for ensuring a smooth work atmosphere as well as the organization of service shifts
- You lead the service team in close relation with your Assistant Hotel Manager
- You are responsible for observing and maintaining MEININGER quality standards in the public area of the hotel as well as in the bar and kitchen
- You monitor the stock, place orders of food and consumables and check deliveries
- You are a warm host who prepares a unique stay for our guests

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- You like to lead a team, set a good example and show a sense of service
- You work efficiently and in a well-structured way
- You have a high service orientation and excellent communication skills
- You are fluent in Italian and English (B2), any additional language is an advantage
- You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, early morning, afternoon and evening shift
