**Move-X Silicon Department, divisione di Move S.p.A** che sviluppa ASIC per il mercato semiconduttori è alla ricerca di persone di talento e appassionate, che abbiano voglia di crescere lavorativamente. Svolgiamo attività di design per le più grandi aziende di semiconduttori nel mondo in ambito Power Conversion (PMICs, PMUs, LDOs) e Signal Processing (MEMS). Caratterizzata da un ambiente molto dinamico e collaborativo, dove le nuove idee sono fortemente incoraggiate e i problemi vengono discussi e risolti insieme.

**Descrizione del lavoro**:
Seguirai l'attività di progettazione di circuiti integrati, nell’ottica di sviluppare ASIC per il mercato industrial e automotive. Avrai in carico la progettazione di vari blocchi digitali, analizzando i trade-off per garantire le migliori specifiche e partecipando attivamente alle design review del team in cui esporrai le soluzioni implementate. Seguirai tutto il flusso di design front-end, partendo dalla scrittura del codice HDL, sintesi e verifica.

Il nostro ufficio si trova a Milano, in posizione centrale.

**Responsabilità**:
- Seguire la progettazione di macro-blocchi digitali, partendo dalla definizione dei requisiti fino al sign-off.- Partecipare alla definizione dell’architettura mediante analisi ad alto livello, utilizzando strumenti di modellizzazione come MATLAB/Simulink, per garantire il raggiungimento delle specifiche e il miglioramento delle performance.- Partecipare alle design review, esponendo i progressi di progettazione e presentando le soluzioni tecniche adottate.- Mettere in atto tutte le simulazioni e le validazioni previste dalle design checklist, sui circuiti progettati.- Interfacciarsi e discutere con il cliente durante tutto l’arco del progetto, per garantirne una buona soddisfazione.

**Requisiti**:
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica;- Atteggiamento positivo e approccio al lavoro di squadra;- Buona capacità di esposizione, anche in lingua inglese;- Esperienza pregressa in ambito di progettazione digitale (FPGA o IC) acquisita mediante tesi o dottorato;- Dimestichezza con linguaggi HDL (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog) e linguaggi di scripting (Python, Unix shell, TCL).

**Competenze utili da avere**:
- 2+ anni di esperienza in ambito di progettazione digitale;- Conoscenza del flusso di progettazione digitale ASIC (front-end e back-end);- Esperienza con RTL lint, CDC, STA (Static Timing Analysis), DFT (Design for Testability);- Esperienza di digital verification (UVM e non UVM),- Conoscenza di protocolli di comunicazione seriale I2C, SPI, I3C, UART;- Dimestichezza con concetti di DSP (filtri numerici CIC, FIR e IIR, oversampling e decimation)- Scrivere specifiche tecniche chiare e concise per documentare il comportamento di un blocco digitale o di un sottosistema.- Conoscenza di ambiente Unix;- Forte passione per la microelettronica e l'elettronica con solidi fondamenti in entrambi i campi;- Capacità di pensare fuori dagli schemi e sfidare le ipotesi precedenti per trovare le soluzioni migliori;
