POSITION

We are looking for a passionate resource to support the VIC Manager in different activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the VIC Manager to coordinate all activities regarding the **Loro Piana Product Strategy** supporting the VIC Specialist with relations with Product team, Personalization team, production and logistic team and also CRM/MKT/PCR/IT teams.
- Provide support to VIC Manager in all the activities and contribute to the team effectiveness by **developing and updating recaps**,**guidelines regarding special events and digital experiences**.
- Track results and contribute to the creation of post event reports for key WW activities.
- Cooperate with Product team, Personalization, Merchandising, training team and coordinate with Regional teams to ensure the **smooth-running of the coordination of events**:

- Collecting market needs, preparing clear briefings for new tools, ensuring punctual delivery of the tools to the markets, and tracking the return on investment.
- Support the presentation to regional teams of guidelines for special events
- Ensure that all product needed for special events are collected to ensure on time delivery
- Track results of events and prepare reports on the agreed KPIs
- Together with the VIC Team, she/he is responsible for operational activities such as**:stock research for events/documents/invoices /delivery/ supporting the efficient running of the department**:

- Analyze **VIC sales performances**:

- Support the organization and coordination of digital events for VICs

PROFILE

**Skills and abilities required**:

- Education: University degree in **Management/Economics** or similar
- Computer skills**:Proficient with Office Suite** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Languages skills**:English is mandatory** but any other language is a plus
- **Passion and sensibility for the Luxury sector**:

- Technical skills: able to work in a project-based environment, understand correlations, problem-solve different scenarios
- Soft skills**:enthusiasm**, empathy/interpersonal skills, listening, **team-working**, attention to **detail,** multi-tasking, and **outstanding organizational skills**
