**Webuild Group** è alla ricerca di **Contract Manager** da inserire presso il progetto **Circonvallazione di Trento,** **base a Trento**; trattasi di uno dei principali progetti Rail del Gruppo, in Italia, del valore complessivo di circa 930 milioni di euro.

**Responsabilità**:
In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- fornire assistenza, supporto e orientamento al Project Management e alle relative funzioni con riferimento alle questioni contrattualistiche nei confronti sia del committente (avanzamento contrattuale, riserve, contenzioso, etc.) che degli Enti pubblici competenti (accordi di programma, convenzioni etc.);
- gestire i contratti, tra cui la corretta interpretazione e implementazione degli adempimenti amministrativi e contrattuali, garantendone l’ottemperanza ai requisiti contrattuali specifici del progetto;
- elaborare e negoziare le richieste di claims, inserendo anche i dettagli dei costi addizionali;
- gestire le problematiche contrattuali verso la committente e gli affidatari;
- curare i rapporti con i legali incaricati;
- gestire il rapporto con la committenza curando il flusso della relativa corrispondenza;
- collaborare alla redazione e all’aggiornamento delle reportistiche previste.

**Requisiti**:

- esperienza di almeno 10 anni in un ruolo analogo e in un contesto di costruzione di opere infrastrutturali in Italia;
- perfetta conoscenza di tutti gli aspetti del processo contrattualistico e relativa conoscenza lavorativa;
- perfetta comprensione e conoscenza lavorativa del processo costruttivo di progetti infrastrutturali complessi;
- perfetta conoscenza del Diritto delle Costruzioni e del Codice degli Appalti;
- comprensione dei rischi commerciali chiave e capacità di gestire il processo di revisione dei rischi progettuali e le relative verifiche in merito;
- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Diploma di Geometra o equivalente;
- buona capacità di comunicazione, di scrittura e di negoziazione;
- attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali e capacità di sostenere la propria opinione in modo deciso e positivo.
