**LA POSIZIONE**
Come Restaurant Crew Member avrai l'importante compito di rappresentare il brand con i clienti in store servendo al banco e preparando gli ordini d'asporto e delivery. Sarai parte integrante del progetto, avendo la possibilità di prendere decisioni. Farai diretto riporto al Restaurant Manager, che sarà la tua guida in ogni momento.
I nostri crew member sono persone proattive e dinamiche, che pongono forte attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti. Inoltre, hanno ottime capacità organizzative e sono in grado di ricoprire i vari ruoli richiesti all'interno della struttura, curando contemporaneamente più aspetti.

**I REQUISITI**
- Esperienza nel settore Hospitality (preferibilmente catene Fast Food e/o Bar)
- Disponibile a lavorare in gruppo;
- Ottime capacità collaborative e comunicative;
- Flessibilità e adattabilità a nuove mansioni;
**LE RESPONSABILITÀ E MANSIONI**

Di seguito alcune delle responsabilità e mansioni:

- Attività di pulizia, gestione e organizzazione linea banco;
- Attività di pulizia, gestione e organizzazione sala, cucina e servizi;
- Organizzazione magazzino;
- Esecuzione delle procedure operative standard;
- Preparazione ordini in store, asporto e delivery;
- Apertura, Re-fill e Chiusura linea prodotti banco, assicurandosi che soddisfi la qualità richiesta;
