Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Niederlassung **Potenza** suchen wir zur Unterstützung unserer Baustellen in Süditalien, eine:n **Baustellenleiter:in** mit mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Überwachung und operativen Leitung von Baustellen für Anlagen zur Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien oder Tiefbau
- oder Infrastrukturarbeiten.

**Der ideale Bewerber sollte folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen**:

- Maturadiplom in technischen Fächern (Geometer, technischer Sachverständiger) oder ein abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium im Bereich Bau
- oder Umweltingenieurwesen
- Kenntnisse der wichtigsten IT-Tools im Allgemeinen (Office-Paket), vorzugsweise mit Kenntnissen der folgenden Softwaretools: AutoCAD, Primus, MS Project
- Kenntnisse der technischen Aspekte von Baustellen für Windkraft
- oder Photovoltaikanlagen oder von Tiefbauarbeiten (Straßen, Erdarbeiten, Kabelkanäle, Stahlbetonarbeiten)
- Kenntnisse der Sicherheitsvorschriften für Baustellen
- soziale Kompetenz und Fähigkeit zur mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation mit den Beteiligten auf der Baustelle (Auftragnehmer, DL, CSE, PM, Berater usw.)
- Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Bereitschaft, nach Bedarf zu reisen und Baustellen zu besuchen
- Präzision und Leidenschaft für die Arbeit
- Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung und zur Teamarbeit

**Ihr Hauptaufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten**:

- Untersuchung und Analyse der Ausführungsplanung der Anlage und der Verträge
- Erstellung von Berichten über den Stand der Arbeiten und deren Aktualisierung gegenüber dem Projektleiter
- Annahme von Lieferungen
- regelmäßige Fortschrittsüberwachung der Arbeiten anhand des Zeitplans und der Einhaltung der vertraglichen Spezifikationen
- technische Unterstützung bei den bürokratischen Abläufen auf der Baustelle
- Leitung und Organisation von Baustelleninspektionen durch das Unternehmensteam oder durch externe Fachleute (Berater, öffentliche Einrichtungen oder Konzessionäre)
- schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation mit dem Bauleiter, dem Koordinator für Arbeitssicherheit, dem Project Manager und dem internen Ingenieursteam sowie mit den Vertragspartnern, um Abläufe zu beschleunigen
