OTB Spa ricerca per la propria sede di Milano, Via Sismondi 70 una risorsa da inserire tramite un tirocinio di 6 mesi all’interno dell’ **Ufficio Acquisti Indiretti - Indirect Procurement**.

La risorsa andrà a supportare il team dell’ufficio acquisti indiretti nelle attività di negoziazione di servizi generali e appalti per la realizzazione di negozi:

- Supportare il Team creando le minute a valle dei meeting;
- Ricercare potenziali nuovi fornitori in base alla specifica categoria merceologica;
- Supportare il Team nella creazione delle richieste di offerta sul Portale di Procurement;
- Supportare il Team nella gestione della richiesta di offerta (dalla registrazione dei fornitori sul Portale alla creazione dei questionari di risposta);
- Supportare nell’analisi delle offerte ricevute (dalla tabulazione di dettaglio in Excel alla sintesi su PowerPoint);
- Supportare il Team nelle attività di finalizzazione dei contratti con i Fornitori.
- Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria Edile o Economia;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
- Proattività, problem solving, capacità di lavorare in Team;
- Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint) e buona capacità di analisi dei dati.
