Il Ristorante La Locanda del Gatto Rosso situato nel salotto di Milano in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, cerca un'Hostess che si occupi dell'accoglienza del cliente e lo assista durante il tempo di permanenza nella nostra struttura.

Il lavoro verrà svolto su turni unici (h18:00 alle h23:00), sviluppati su 6 giorni settimanali, per un totale di 30 ore settimanali.

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza fluente della **lingua inglese**;
- Ottimo standing;
- Esperienza pregressa di 1 anno in **ambiente Luxury**;
- Competenza nell'accoglienza e assistenza **clienti di fascia medio alta e internazionale**;
- **Orientamento al cliente** e spiccato senso del **savoir-faire;**:

- Predisposizione alla **relazione **e **capacità di ascolto attivo**;
- Disponibilità a lavorare nei **weekend**;
**Responsabilità**:

- **Accoglienza** dei **clienti** al loro arrivo seguendo la procedura come da protocollo;
- **Accompagnamento** dei clienti al tavolo;
- **Gestione** di eventuali **problematiche** legate a prenotazioni non complete o alla scelta del tavolo;
- Assistenza e **disponibilità** nella richiesta di qualsiasi informazione inerente all’esperienza presso la nostra struttura;
- Assicurarsi che **l’esperienza** del cliente sia **gradevole** dall’ingresso fino all’uscita.

La conoscenza di una seconda lingua considerata un titolo preferenziale nella selezione.

Contratto di lavoro: Part-time, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €1.200,00 al mese

Ore previste: 30 a settimana
