Principali attività / responsabilità della posizione:
L’ IT End to End program lead lavora all’interno della direzione Information Technology e collabora come advisor con le direzioni commerciali; la sua mission è garantire il rilascio delle capability che sostengono il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e risultati aziendali di Sky Italia. L’ IT End to End program lead è responsabile del rilascio delle capability in linea con gli obiettivi di tempi e costi prefissati.

L’ IT End to End program lead dell’area Trading&Offer, nello specifico, collabora prevalentemente con le direzioni di Marketing responsabili della definizione delle offerte per acquisizione e gestione del parco clienti, nei progetti finalizzati all’introduzione e all’evoluzione di nuovi modelli e offerte commerciali. Si occupa di guidare tavoli di lavoro cross funzionali tra direzioni di Marketing, Vendite e Operations e Aree IT per identificare e sviluppare le migliori soluzioni, lavorando in coerenza con i principi di semplicità, resilienza e future readiness; lavora inoltre in coerenza con il percorso di trasformazione digitale intrapreso dall’azienda e sfruttando al meglio gli asset tecnologici e le competenze presenti nel Gruppo (Sky e Comcast).

Nell’ambito dei progetti di competenza, l’ IT End to End program lead si occuperà di:

- Consulenza ai dipartimenti di marketing, vendite e customer operations per la definizione dei requisiti di business e loro prioritizzazione.
- Guida delle diverse aree di sviluppo IT alla definizione della soluzione migliore da implementare, identificando il giusto compromesso tra desiderata, Time To Market, costi e conseguente rientro dell’investimento, semplicità e manutenibilità dell’architettura, semplicità di utilizzo degli strumenti da parte dei canali, customer experience.
- Definizione del piano delle attività in funzione delle priorità di business, dell’ottimizzazione delle risorse IT e delle sinergie con altri progetti.
- Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento del piano end-to-end e sua rimodulazione nel caso in cui evoluzioni del contesto (e.g. evoluzioni di mercato, nuovi vincoli temporali o economici) portino alla ri-prioritizzazione o ri-modulazione delle attività.
- Comunicazione proattiva agli stakeholder di eventuali rischi, proposta e negoziazione delle possibili mitigazioni.
- Definizione, monitoraggio e rispetto dei costi.

Si occupa inoltre di promuovere una visione integrata del proprio ambito/progetti rispetto alla roadmap complessiva IT, verificando sinergie, interdipendenze, coerenza con la strategia di lungo periodo ed eventuali vincoli di capacità di risorse in collaborazione con le aree di sviluppo e il gruppo di Operational Planning.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Buona conoscenza delle architetture e delle piattaforme di mercato in ambito Customer Lifecycle Management (CRM, Logistica, Revenue Management, Web apps).
- Ottima conoscenza di metodologie di Project Management, sia waterfall che agile, ed esperienza alla guida di progetti complessi e di grandi dimensioni.
- Certificazioni PMI, Prince2, ITIL e Agile rappresentano requisito preferenziale.
- Inglese fluente.
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Fisica, Matematica, Scienze dell’Informazione o formazione equipollente.
- Capacità di analisi, sintesi e di comunicazione efficace.
- Curiosità riguardo il mercato di riferimento, dinamiche di business e sensibilità commerciale.
- Leadership, entusiasmo ed energia.
