**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that employees work in a safe environment by prioritizing the risks, integrating HSE into business processes and following the policies and guidelines provided by the HSE function.
- Design or adjust the implementation of warehouse-logistics processes/ services based on Operational excellence principles.
- Develop, manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators to improve the warehouse and logistics management.
- Manage the Logistics Operations in particular inbound, Pick/pack, Dispatch & Delivery (Transportation & Freighting - Import/Export; Local & Overseas).
- Select, challenge and monitor Third Party Logistics performing all activities involved in the management of product movement and ensure the correctness of the delivery, by meeting customer expectations.
- Accurate check of in-house and third-party stock, with periodic and rolling inventories.
- Manage Materials’ flow for the Internal and External Production.
- MP stock analysis and review/proposed stock levels.
- Ensure the effectiveness of standard operating procedures, space utilization, maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
- Optimize an administrative workflow to control and track receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Interact with Customer Service, Planning and Manufacturing to optimise the organisation and fulfil the customer specifications.
- Logistics tender support and participation in defining procurement strategies.
- Monitor the volume of product, the process for delivering it to customers and when the shipments leave the facility.
- Analyze costs and performances (OTIF) and take decisions on the choice of main distributors, managing the discussion of the main topics with distributor suppliers.
- Accurate analysis of W&D Process Optimization to automate all the Warehouse activities.
- Overall accountability for driving YOY 3-5% productivity by focusing on:

- Warehouse and logistics conversion costs.
- Stock accuracy.
- Transportation efficiency.
- Distribution Variable and Fixed costs reduction.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent in Business disciplines, as Economics, Statistics or Management Engineering.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in the field of SCM, Operations Management and Warehouse/Logistics.
- Languages: Fluent in both local language and English.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of ERP- MRP functionality.
- Experience in People Management is required.
- 3PL network knowledge is considered a plus.
