**What is your role?**
We’re looking for a
**Learning & Development Intern** to join our
**HR Talent Management** team in Barge (CN) working in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture. As part of diverse, young, ambitious function, the intern will learn and be integrated into the daily work of the Learning and Development (L&D) team whose mission is to support ITTers to grow and strive for the best. The team is focused on providing staff with access to high quality, in-person, virtual, asynchronous, and blended learning initiatives.

**Your day in the life of HR Learning & Development Intern at ITT**
At the core of the L&D team we strive to:
- Design, develop, and deliver tailored and impactful learning initiatives for our global employees
- Support critical business needs through staff-focused onboarding, reskilling, upskilling and DE&I initiatives
- Engage with ITTers everywhere in the world and from every function to increase learner access, use, and impact of L&D initiatives on the business results
You will work primarily with:
- Training Design and Delivery: with the Talent Management teammates, you will help identify, design, update, and/or deliver learning initiatives that support our core curricula of business development, project management, and/or management and leadership
- Training Engagement and Evaluation: you will support ITT’s approach to training engagement and evaluation, including identifying ways to drive increased user engagement, learner adoption, and overall training impact
- Performance management and career planning: getting to know the fundamental HR processes of a global company, dealing with vision and strategy definition in a challenging environment with a required speed of execution
**Responsibilities**:
- With the help of a supervisor, you will lead projects connected to the ongoing training activities such as supporting the preparation of virtual and in-person instructor led trainings or reporting from database and analysis
- Actively attend and observe trainings, support the design, delivery, engagement and/or evaluation of in-house learning initiatives
- Will support the updating, improving and publishing of corporate resources using MS Office tools, and/or advanced training authoring tools (e.g. Storyline, Easygenerator, etc.), learning about cutting-edge L&D technologies and platforms, including the usage of the company internal LMS
- Will attend L&D team meetings and be part of the L&D deployment strategy
- Will work on specific and innovative DE&I, Talent development, initiative and assignments, being exposed to many stakeholders, internally to HQ ITT as well as external ones as agencies, consultants, developing a robust network
Requisiti di posizione:
**What will make you our perfect match?**
- Enrolled student currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- English language proficiency, other languages is a plus
- Passion for learning and being accountable for own projects and results
- Open minded and curious, critical thinking
- Interested in learning and training program management, international development, business project management, data analytics, and organizational development a plus
- Ability to work on a team and independently on projects and tasks
- Experience using the Microsoft suite of products
- Demonstrated ambition, versatility, and integrity
