**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Being an Account Support Specialist,
You will:

- ️Manage end-to-end order process and resolve complex billing issues

Coordinate weekly payment schedules

️‍ ️Maintain detailed accounts payable records

Support pricing-related system upgrades and deployments

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Language Maestro: Fluent in Spanish and English
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance will be a plus
- Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
