Detailed Role Description First point of contact for assigned customers, supporting the commercial team in the technical areaWrite and update specifications for customers in the area of responsibility, following approval process through specific customer softwareBe informed and updated on customer requirements, code of practiceBe responsible for Claims generation and validation with the customerBe responsible for Quality standards generation and validationAnalyze the information generated through statistical tools, to establish quality indicators, trends, detection of opportunities for improvement, consumer satisfaction, as well as action plans, with the aim of adapting to the needs of customers | by marketsParticipate &review to 1st production of new products and check that all the products attributes are in line with the specification and Quality Target Product Profile. Organize shipment of first production and Production test samples required by customersManage activities in AS400 or SAPGenerate knowledge to provide feedback to the food quality and safety system, as well as the matrix of technical requirements the entire marketing process of our products in all marketsCoordinate quality aspects in transversal projects, giving support to the commercial area and promoting the Customer centic experience model, with the aim of increasing the rate of customer loyalty to our quality products and services Qualifications:
