**Chemistry Expert Centre Professional**,
**Europe** based in
** Italy or Spain location.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Relay information to the appropriate internal groups and document all interactions in our quality tracking solutions.
- Support new commercialized products, to ensure successful usage by the customers. Collect customer insights, feed these back to the commercialization team.
- Relate chemistry sales opportunities as appropriate and forward them to the chemistry sales team.

Qualifications:
The European Waters Chemistry Community is a dynamic team that builds on a keen understanding of the customer challenges and needs, and continuously drives to deliver benefit, what we are looking for from you:

- Passionate about sciences and customer happiness.
- B.S. or B.A. with course work in biochemistry, chemistry, biology or engineering or a solid technical background
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is eager to build a strong network of contacts with customers and internally at Waters.
- Is a good communicator over the phone and written down and an inquisitive listener.
- Understands that appropriate documentation is key in this function.
- A problem solver through an analytical approach, has eye for detail and is able to set priorities.
- ** Solid English and Italian and/or Spanish language skills.**:

- ** Living in Italy or Spain.**:

- Occasional travel may be required.
