Profilo:

- Gestisce il cliente ed identifica nuove opportunità di business;
- Trasferisce le informazioni tecniche sui prodotti della linea assegnata alla comunità Medico Chirurgica, curandone l’aggiornamento e la formazione;
- Gestisce training specialistico sui prodotti curando la formazione técnica e l’aggiornamento del personale di vendita ;
- Assicura l’assistenza sui prodotti Zimmer Biomet in sala operatoria nel rispetto delle normative vigenti, con responsabilità su impianti critici, primi impianti (nuovi clienti/ prodotti) o impianti di revisione;
- Accompagna, attrae e gestisce clienti clinici e manageriali nella loro area di azione, stabilendo relazioni commerciali sostenibili.
- Sviluppa il piano commerciale approvato nella propria area di vendita, e promuove lo sviluppo del mercato, comunicando la necessità di nuovi prodotti o tecnologie.
- Segue la politica dei prezzi e le condizioni di vendita dell'azienda.
- Supporta la preparazione di offerte per gare pubbliche nella propria area di vendita. E’ responsabile nell’assicurare la partecipazione di Zimmer Biomet alle gare sul territorio di riferimento fornendo informazioni accurate sui prodotti da offrire e sui prezzi da proporre nei limiti di sconto previsti.
- In collaborazione con Sales Manager e la forza vendite gestisce la relazione con gli agenti ed è il principale artefice del risultato commerciale sul territorio nazionale per le sue linee di prodotto assegnate;
- Raccoglie e diffonde informazioni relative al mercato (clienti e prodotti) allo scopo di supportare una più corretta pianificazione delle strategie di vendita,
- Riporta le esigenze di medical education di chirurghi operanti nella propria area concordando con il proprio superiore le opportunità di supporto al fabbisogno formativo del chirurgo ed esegue formazione (virtuale ed in loco) agenti e personale di sala operatoria riguardo prodotti e strumentazioni
- Rappresenta sul campo la Zimmer Biomet relazionandosi e costruendo rapporti di stima e fiducia con gli operatori sanitari.
- Collabora con il BU Director e Sales Managers nella presentazione delle gare preparando la codifica, la proposta dei prezzi, gli allegati tecnici e la richiesta di campionatura

Requisiti:

- Preferibile Formazione Universitaria in discipline biomedicali o background equivalente.
- Conoscenza del mercato ortopedico, documentata e pluriennale esperienza sul campo nella Linea Artroscopia ( attrezzature ed impianti ) in aziende leader del settore
- Significativa esperienza nel marketing o nelle vendite del settore healthcare, medical device.
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Capacità di interagire con la comunità chirurgica e fornire assistenza in sala operatoria

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

- Bonus annuale
