Project Organizer

We are looking for a part time **Project Organizer **to join our fun, fast-paced and innovative team.

You will work as a part of the operations department as an organizer and counselor for exclusive tailor-made incentives, meetings, and congresses across Italy and abroad. You work independently and in a team and support the sales department in their activities with your actions.

You are an experienced manager who is capable and proven at organizing a wide range of projects from A to Z down to the very smallest details for various international business clients.

You take the responsibility and actually already know exactly what is expected of you in this position. You are not new to our MICE sector. Your positive and relaxed appearance, with good communication skills, is a great factor. It is also an advantage if you have a large business network.

Throughout the day you switch between many tasks and languages while maintaining an overview with tight deadlines. You monitor budgets, are logístically strong and in the meantime provide the ultimate (customer) experience. As project organizer, you will be on a trip yourself and you also ensure on-site that both the client and the participants enjoy

**What are we looking for?**

- Good command of English and Italian languages (Dutch or German is also a plus)

- At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry and/or MICE sector.
