**Accountant and Admin Assistant**:
**_Bozen_**_, _**_Italy_**_ _**
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily financial transactions, including payable and receivable accounts
- Record and keep registry in accordance with Italian laws
- Provide support in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
- Ensure compliance with all Italian financial regulations and accounting standards
- Manage the work safety and doctor visits
- Organisation of courses for FB Academy
- Support the team with ad-hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as needed

**Must Haves**:

- Strong understanding of Italian accounting principles and practices as well as company administration
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
- Native in Italian
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in using PC and Office Package

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience with odoo
- German proficiency
- Prior experience with administrative work
