Transport Specialist-milan

**Job Summary**:
Transport specialist is part of Supply Chain dep and is in charge of all the transport related activities: main contact with couriers, dedicated shipments set up, custom clearance, support of shipments for after sales and CS when needed for shipping issues.

This resource manage also all Logistics activities related to the after sales for Surgical and Power Tools.

**Job Functions**:
TRANSPORT
- Couriers management
- Custom clearance
- shipments support and monitoring
- Dedicated shipments set up

AFTER SALES
- Manage Medical Device Maintenance Program
- Manage Power Tool repairs, being point of contact for the Repair Vendors and the Commercial
- Manage all the Logistics activities for the repairs and Maintenance (Custom clearance, Proforma, Deliveries)

SUPPLY CHAIN (Surgical and Sport Med)
- Daily Purchase Orders to main warehouse
- Manual allocation of items with limited stock available
