STUDIO BIANCHI ricerca, per conto di azienda bergamasca leader nel campo della SICUREZZA e nel settore dell’impiantistica antincendio e della distribuzione di DPI, un/una:
**PURCHASING MANAGER**

La risorsa verrà inserita nel reparto Acquisiti e avrà la responsabilità di gestire gli aspetti contrattuali, finanziari e logistici legati agli acquisti di beni e servizi aziendali diretti e indiretti. La posizione riporterà alla Direzione e fornirà il supporto necessario nello sviluppo di crescita territoriale e settoriale dell’azienda per il raggiungimento di obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi.

ATTIVITA’ PRINCIPALI:

- Rapportarsi con il Direttore commerciale e i referenti delle unità locali per recepire le previsioni di vendita così da programmare le forniture
- Rapportarsi con il Responsabile service e i referenti delle unità locali e dei laboratori, per recepire le previsioni di consumo materie prime e componenti, così da pianificare gli approvvigionamenti
- Rapportarsi con il Responsabile amministrativo, anticipando gli impatti finanziari degli acquisti
- Monitorare e rispettare il budget acquisti
- Individuare fornitori di prodotti e di servizi alla ricerca costante del miglioramento dei prezzi, della qualità e del servizio.
- Individuare fornitori idonei alla stipula di Contratti di assistenza Tecnica sul territorio nazionale
- Gestione contratti noleggio automezzi
- Organizzare e monitorare il processo di approvvigionamento compreso il magazzino, l’inventario e la logística.
- Monitorare costantemente il fabbisogno dal processo delle vendite per definire le scorte delle merci a magazzino
- Monitorare le relazioni con i fornitori
- Gestire un gruppo di collaboratori

REQUISITI:
Titolo di studio ed esperienza:

- Diploma ad indirizzo commerciale e/o laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale
- 5 anni di esperienza negli acquisti di DPI o similare e di materiale antincendio
- Padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese

Conoscenze e competenze:

- Forte predisposizione alla negoziazione
- Spiccate doti di comunicazione verbale e scritta
- Dimostrate capacità di identificare nuovi fornitori
- Attitudine competitiva e orientata al risultato
- Spiccata capacità al Problem Solving
- Doti organizzative e multitasking
- Doti collaborative

RAL: 46.000 euro
