- We are looking for _**_Continuous Improvement_**_ _**_Specialist (OMS Champion) _**_for the Fashion BU to support the site management as a continuous improvement in combination with the Operation_ _Excellence Team (Opex)._

**In this **_Continuous Improvement_**_ _**_Specialist - (OMS Champion) _**role you will**:

- Analyze logistics process care about labour planning;
- Propose solution of improvement and optimization of processes
- Define action to improve productivity and quality
- People management in order to reach high performance
- Support to keep SLA KPIs allined with the expectations and agreements
- Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
- Implement and monitor KPIs
- Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
- Managing continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions;
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
- At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
- Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
- Good knowledge of the English;
- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
- Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
