HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU

As a Facebook Ads Expert at WeLearn, you will be pivotal in driving our online marketing efforts and expanding our customer base. You will create, manage, and optimise Facebook advertising campaigns to maximise ROI and increase brand awareness and sales.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Campaign Creation: Create and set up Facebook ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads while ensuring they are tailored to the specific objectives of each campaign.
- Ad Creative: Develop and design compelling ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and videos, to capture the attention of the target audience and convey our brand message effectively.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to reach the most relevant and high-potential customers, optimising audience segments based on performance data.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum return on investment.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise ad performance, landing pages, and other campaign elements, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Facebook ad platform updates to incorporate the latest strategies and best practices into campaigns.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory, a third European language is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of managing successful Facebook advertising campaigns, preferably in a startup or e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of ad copywriting and design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
