Job Description Responsible for the overall availability of the SAS tools and software components in Windows environment. Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the effective operation of the SAS Environment Work with users providing advice on the best practice for the creation of analytics processes, programs or models to best utilize the SAS environment. Via SAS Management Console, control user access to various parts of the SAS system, granting permissions to read, write, create or view reports and data within the system - ensure that users see only the information that they are authorized to access Responsible for the maintenance and tuning of in-place programs Manage all SAS product installations, upgrades, patch and hotfix Manage and eventually execute releases of SAS components and do job scheduling. Configure SAS products and SAS client and WebApp and so on Research and make recommendations onhardware and SAS software Investigate, escalate, and resolve all SAS production support incidents in accordance with the Production Support Process Improvement SAS suite configuration Provides SAS Platform capacity planning, metrics and performance tuning recommendations. Manage metadata identities, users, groups, and roles. Monitoring SAS performance and working area. Creates policies and procedures and updates documentation to meet compliance requirements. Manage licenses, budget and supplier. Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3 years of experience in the same position Strong knowledge of relational database design and data warehouse best practices Good understanding of systems, networking, and storage Experience installing SAS software and patches in WINDOWS environment SQL and Oracle SQL tuning skills Licenses management for SAS Administrator Soft skills:
