- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

- ** Has techninal experience on Exchange online as a functional, technical and development consultant**:

- Experience on Cloud migration is a plus

**Position Summary**

Are you a talented IS/IT Technology specialist ready to join our Workforce 360 Collaboration, Content and Portal Services team? We need you to guide and promote optimal use of Exchange online technology within the Europe Regional team supporting business requirements. You will be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development and support (e.g. preliminary studies, setting technological directions).

**A Day in the Life of a Technology Specialist Exchange Online**
- Works closely with the business analysts and European Markets to define solutions for specific business needs
- Provides deep specialist consultancy, guidance and support in their specific specialism on Exchange online
- Coordinates technical consultancy assignments which involve specialists from various disciplines
- Supports the technical activity (design, build, testing) in a significant or complex initiatives, accountable for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables
- Assists with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance
- Liaises closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions

**What else will make you successful?**
- Knowledge of Exchange Online technology, infrastructure and solutions
- Strong Understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to participate in Agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks
- Experience working in and/or managing advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, Lab advocates and Executives)
- Experience with working in a global environment with virtual teams
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
- Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client-centric approach
