**All about the role**:
As a Production Manager, you will drive the production in the Assembly line of the new Genesi Smart Factory 4.0 according to production plan volumes, quality level, and delivery timing in a lean environment.

**In detail, you will**:

- Guarantee that production activities in the Production area are performed in safety conditions according to the law and to company safety procedure
- Be responsible for the production plan fulfillment in the Assembly Production area Genesi, delivering production KPI and cost efficiency target
- Ensure respect for quality standards following the Quality Systems procedures
- Promote, plan, and support productivity and efficiency improvement plans
- Implement lean plan and activities in the Production area
- Coordinate, empower, and engage the Manufacturing team composed of young engineers, team leaders, automation leaders, and blue collars to succeed in all the KPIs of the areas
- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to improve the performance of the manufacturing process

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
- Previous experience working in a complex manufacturing environment and Minimum of 3 years of experience as Production Manager
- Great communication, coaching, and collaboration skills within a multicultural setting;
- Experience with digital transformation and mindset change in a manufacturing context;
- Experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools;
- Continuous improvement approach;
- Ability to manage a complex environment;
- Required languages: Italian and Advanced English, written and spoken

**Where you'll be**:
You will be based in Electrolux main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment. Here you will interact with different functions of the organization such as Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production, and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.
