Per la nostra sede di Bergamo stiamo cercando uno SPEDIZIONIERE che collabori e supporti nell’organizzazione delle spedizioni internazionali.

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’**:

- Organizzazione e gestione dell’intera spedizione
- Contatto e trattative con i fornitori
- Monitoraggio dell’intera spedizione, saper intervenire e risolvere eventuali imprevisti
- Registrare ed elaborare gli ordini per l’organizzazione del trasporto internazionale via aerea
- Provvedere alla creazione di accordi all’interno dei sistemi e inserimento di dati specifici
- Collaborare con i fornitori e i dipendenti interni per la preparazione e correzione dei documenti di trasporto;
- Gestire la registrazione delle fatture;

**REQUISITI**:

- Ottimo livello di Inglese, scritto e parlato
- Conoscenza degli aspetti teorici relativi all’aspetto logistico
- Ottime conoscenze informatiche;
- Ottime capacita’ di lavorare in team e individualmente;
- Attenzione ai dettagli e doti nel lavorare in modo dinamico;
