**AX for Pharma** is a rapidly expanding global integrator and independent software vendor (ISV) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the life sciences sector.

Our flagship product, AX for Pharma 365, empowers pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to create enhanced and safer medications by leveraging cutting-edge technology within a solution that is available today.

**We are rapidly growing and looking for a Junior** International Consultant to join our talented team in Milan, Italy.

By joining AX for Pharma, you'll work with a dedicated team of people, making a difference by enabling our pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients to improve health outcomes and save lives.

**What You'll Do**:
**User Training and Support**: Your role will involve optimizing the system for ease of use and providing training to employees on its functions.

**Customer Service**: You will directly interact with customers and clients to identify their organization-related needs. You will then integrate these needs into a comprehensive plan that serves the company's entire customer base.

**Interpersonal Competence**: You will develop skills in managing relationships, interactions, and transactions with others. This includes skills such as confrontation, risk-taking, collaboration, conflict management, and relationship-building.

**What You Need to Be Successful (Required Qualifications)**:

- Master's degree in Engineering, Economy, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, proactive “problem solver,” focused on quality results.
- Demonstrated innovation mindset, creative and able to think “out-of-the-box”
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English). Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages will be a plus: German, Spanish, and French.
- Willingness to participate in a training program to quickly develop managerial skills.
- Strong motivation to tackle and overcome challenges.
- Ability and willingness to travel (inter)nationally.
- A high level of understanding of how to model business processes supported by integrated systems.
- Technical skills would be advantageous.
