**ROLE OBJECTIVE**:
- Provides support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of environmental, health and safety programmes and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state and local health, safety and environmental regulations for BAT Italia.
- Ensure the company's car fleet management process, guaranteeing the quality of service delivered in compliance with company requirements and policies. Provide ongoing support and continuity to drivers being a point of reference in managing related activities.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**WORKING PROCESS**
- Reviews supplier documents and permits before operating on site in line with legal requirements. Implements monitoring and reporting methods.
- Selects and manages contractors and suppliers to obtain and maintain safety equipment and supplies.
- Conducts formal and systematic reviews of campus operations and activities to ensure compliance with Italian environmental, health and safety conditions.
- Track environmental, health and safety metrics, including quarterly KPIs and PPE recognition requests.
- Prepare EHS procedures, training materials and documentation.
- Corporate fleet management**:Deadline monitoring; Excess mileage; Reassignment processes; Scheduled reorders; Supplier monitoring; Excess car fleet rotation; Managing and updating Procedures; Multicard management; Telepass; Insurance, Penalties and Claims management; Car Fleet Database management; Billing monitoring; Internal communication management
- Preparation of internal communications related to EHS and Car Fleet topics.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, chemistry, and equivalents.
- Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations, programmes, and issues
- Professional level of English language
- Experience in the field.
