**Job Description**:
As a** Demand Planning Manager, **you will be in charge of the management of a team of 6 FTEs located across **Southern Europe cluster** (Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Spain). The main scope will be to generate a continuous improvement and optimization mindset from all stakeholders involved in the Demand phase of the IBP process (Continent & Cluster GMs, Continent Finance Directors, Continent Sales Directors, Continent Marketing Directors).

**Key responsabilities**:

- At cluster level, animate and monitor closely IBP Demand phase to ensure:

- Sign-off process for cluster demand forecast including key risks and opportunities is well operated
- Endorsement by Forecast and Sales teams on assumptions and key changes
- Identification of gaps to Financial Forecast and preparation of strong plans to reduce them
- Anticipation of long-term trends and clear communication of cluster sales forecasts to Supply Planning
- Develop and maintain efficient Demand S&OP with cluster
- Ensure consistency of Demand plan for a given category and lead business support at European level for all transversal topics related to that given category.

**Main Job Figures**
- Number of Employees under Direct supervision: 6 FTEs
- Scope cluster: 5500 SKU’s / 6 markets
- Net Sales: 25% of Total Europe
- Many interactions with Countries (General Manager, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Finance) and with HQ Departments (SC, IT, Sales, Marketing)
- 20% travel

**Main KPIs**
- Sales Forecast accuracy
- OTIF
- SLOB (Slow movers and obsolete stock)
- Country & Central teams’ involvement in the Demand S&OP

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally within Demand planning
- Previous experience in people management
- Strong analytical skills / Ability to “make it simple” in a complex environment
- Good command of IT systems - particularly Excel, COGNOS/Power BI and Anaplan
- Fuent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Business drives
- Leadership, ability to build strategy with contradictory objectives of countries, logistic and manufacturing optimization
- Strong team player
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder (ex JDA) forecasting tool is a plus
