We are looking for an **Integration, Verification and Validation Management **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), in Vehicle Motion and Energy Management Department, reporting hierarchically to the **Head of Vehicle Motion & Energy Management.**

You will be responsible to steer, verify and approve the integration, verification and validation process:
- Ensuring the verification/validation of all requirements of the responsible system and covering them with test cases and later are verified and validated based on the requirements specification, in close cooperation with the Requirements & Architecture management
- Ensuring the integrability of the system architecture concepts (incl. logical system structure, functional architecture and technical/physical architecture), in close cooperation with the Requirements & Architecture management
- Responsible for your System (after milestone KF)
- Coordination and synchronization of the below system levels
- IVV preparation
- Creation of a synchronized IVV concept (methods and tools): Synchronization, verification and approval of the integration strategy, the Virtual Product Development strategy and the verification and validation strategy of the verification and validation engineer
- Creation of a synchronized IVV planning (time schedule, configuration and targets), ensuring the coherence and consistency of integration plan, the simulation plan, the verification and validation plan both level 2 system than in the lower levels
- Ensure that the expected IVV targets (product maturity) are matching with project milestone
- IVV implementation
- Controlling the process of the integration steps through the system levels, Ensuring all evidence of test cases or test selection and coverage as the basis for a system release
- Control of the interaction of the virtual with the physical construction stages in the overall network with the network releases as well as updating in the event of changes
- Accountable for development of the technical content for each integration step (e.g. GV and VR incl. VPE) and review of the required maturity levels, including eventual limitations
- Accountable of complaint management for the system (KPM-TE) and support the functions in developing a solution proposal and Escalation of criticalities in the IVV process
- IVV documentation and review
- Documentation of the integration results (results of the integration tests, GV and VR plans) in the integration report
- Documentation of the V&V results in the test analysis and evaluation report (handover document) as a prerequisite for approval
- Creation of a maturity status report on the system, including properties and functions, based on the V&V results (eg. status for drive events)
- Recommendation for granting the system release

**About you**
- University degree in Mechanic or Electronic or Mechatronic or Aerospace Engineering
- Master in Vehicle as plus
- At least 5 years’ experience in automotive companies, Group experience as plus
- Technical knowledge in automotive, with roots and experience in car testing
- Problem solving experience in car dynamic functional issues, electronic and software
- Experience in working and dealing with cross-functional department, including conflict mng.
- Experience in Systems engineering and Requirement as plus
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Competence in integrations of systems
