Il team si occupa di sviluppo e fornitura di corsi di formazione técnica all'avanguardia per i dipendenti che forniscono assistenza sul campo di alta qualità durante questa fase critica della transizione energetica. La figura individuata sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'erogazione del curriculum formativo per i corsi tecnici sia in aula che in TTA Workshop.Erogare formazione técnica interna TPS presso la Technical Training Academy. È qualificato per condurre sessioni di formazione utilizzando materiali di formazione approvati ed è autorizzato ad apportare revisioni ai materiali di formazione, includere modifiche nell'ambito o obiettivi di apprendimento approvati dal team della Technical Training Academy. Assumere un ruolo di leadership nella collaborazione con i membri della Technical Training Academy per definire, sviluppare e fornire corsi di formazione (in aula, laboratorio e workshop - Hands On).Sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della consegna alla popolazione TPS, nonché global operations Field Service Engineers (sia entry level che avanzato) di corsi di formazione técnica sulle apparecchiature TPS,tra cui la pianificazione del supporto supplementare, l'ordine di materiali / strumenti sia in aula che in officina. -Dovrà utilizzare ambienti virtuali e 3D come ausilio alla formazione durante le lezioni. -Dovrà erogare formazione in diversi Paesi secondo la strategia TPS e il calendario di formazione TTA.Dovrà gestire la pianificazione e la logística dei corsi per richieste aziendali strategiche che possono includere, ma non essere limitate a, ordinare e coordinare la spedizione delle attrezzature, degli strumenti e dei materiali di consumo necessari al fine di fornire i corsi assegnati.Dovrà gestire la documentazione e la tenuta dei registri (sfruttare i materiali di riferimento tecnici ove appropriato nella sessione di formazione, aggiornare il materiale del corso e condurre valutazioni delle prestazioni degli studenti) -Dovrà allineare e rivedere il contenuto e il materiale dei corsi in base alle procedure di qualità TPS applicabili.Dovrebbe contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo e al mantenimento della certificazione Field Service Engineers test.Si offre contratto in Staff Leasing Titolo di studio:
